Rule generation config

Configure outputs created when a new Sophia-compatible rules run is generated.

Rule trees

Generate rule trees during rule generation Enabled by default. When ON, every generated run also asks the rule-tree agent to create compliance_check_trees/. When OFF, the agent is skipped and trees can still be generated manually from the run editor.
